The main restrictions in the license agreement are that the components of the SDK other than tasman.bars.jme may not be distributed and are treated as confidential, and that the tasman.bars.jme package may not be used within products or services whose functionality includes the ability to create products or services with a barcode reading capability (in other words the SDK cannot be used to create an SDK which includes the same functionality).
